Not sure if there is a thread for this, if so I could not find it, but what are some healthy snacks and meals that do not require any refrigeration. Girls will be at the studio 9am-9pm Sat. for rehearsal and need food that can last all day long.

We have an insulated cooler, too, but we also use applesauce cups, graham crackers, apple slices, lots of different fruits, FiberOne bars, and juice boxes. I found these great Rubbermaid refillable juice boxes, so if they finish their juice and are still thirsty, they can get water from the sink. Good luck!

The only 'meals' I can think of is PB&J or those Tuna Kits. Are there anything else out there?
