| Everyone around here is rooting for Channing; however I think Jakob will be the winner and rightly so. That boy is amazing! I am a big Russell fan too; love him! Not sure about the girls and if I have a favorite one yet. |

any word to what the injury was? She seemed fine dancing Tuesday except for putting her hand down in the ariel. She is actually very very talented at acro. I actually thought she looked like it was hurting her. It was bent alot during the dance. The ariel was really bad and I think it was because of her knee. She even limped a bit in her solo. |

I think that Jakob is almost to good for the show...If history repeats the best "technical dancer" never wins. And remember as Cat always says..."it's America's favorite dancer". Now that the YANKEES WIN!!! we should get to start voting, and I think in that catagory Russell, Legacy, and the annoying little giggler Mollie might be it. If younger people (teens) are voting then it will be Mollie and Nathan to the end...cause all my dd's friends love them. He is really an amazing talent and so is she, I just hopes she continues to mature like the judge's are asking.
I think Channing may be in over her head. I felt so bad for her in that dance. She did not trust her partner at all and I think for good reason. She is a stout, strong girl with very well built muscles...She was probably heavy and Phillip just could lift her, which would shake them both up abit. |

I don't think Channing is necessarily in over her head; she has to get used to dancing with a partner as the judges told her. She is a very strong dancer who can overpower her partner as she did with Phillip. Thankfully the judges like her enough to have kept her around and see how she does going forward.
Do I think she'll win? No, but I am hoping she is around at least till the top 10 couples so she can go on tour. |

Channing is my most "personable" pick. She seems like she could be any one of ours' daughter--the most "real" of the bunch. I think she would do better with a stronger (as in strength) partner. I wouldn't have trusted Phillip in those lifts either!!
Hopefully, this week, she'll get a decent shot!

I do agree with this. She seems like the type of girl I would want one of my boys to date. She is really down to earth. When I said she was in over her head it was because the look on her face said just that "what have I got myself into?" |

Actually to me, Mollee is most like alot of the girls my daughter knows or has known through dance. And it really bugs her (and I understand why) that people are picking on Mollee's bubbly personality. She's only 18 and so is Channing but I probably know more silly, funny and bouncy 18 year olds than serious, intense ones like Channing. Mollee has held her own so far with possibly one of the best male dancers on the show. Don't beat me up ladies but I like Nathan's dance style more than Jakob's. Jakob is great but a bit on the feminine side for me. Nathan incorporates not only great strength and technique, but also more contemporary movement. And he's very handsome and endearing.
I actually am glad to see Mollee get her "props" from judges on how well she's performing. And I personally admire her for just being her sweet, girly self.

Mollee is growing on me as is Ashleigh. Nathan will always be our favourite, mainly because DD has decided she is his future wife so I simply have to cheer.
And I agree that Jakob has amazing technique, awesome feet, and unbelievable jumps but his movement is very 'placed'. I'm really afraid of what he would do in hip hop or a salsa. |

It'll be interesting to see how the season unfolds and how the personalities come through. Last season with every "package" before each piece I saw Jeanine winning the audience over. She was very funny without being annoying or silly and the first time she did her solo- BAM- she really wowed everyone!
The majority of the voters are tween girls which tells me Nathan may have a great shot.
We shall see!
Mdsmom- apparently Noelle has a knee injury but I don't know what it is specifically. |
