Hello Everyone! I'm a mom of competative twin dancers age 9. I came across this site by accident. I never knew it existed until yesterday. I've been looking it over and I think this might be a new online addiction. lol

I'm new here too... just found this today...
I was recently "nominated" lol.. as Dance Mom for our competition team... boy oh boy.
I have never done this before.
uniform fees
competition fees
costume fees
practices, extra practices,
festival performances,
- not even thinking about recital yet!
I'm overwhelmed a bit... any advice from others would be appreciated. I want to delegate but am a perfectionist by nature and have trouble trusting people to do things... this is a problem!

I have been the team mom for my girls team for the last 2 years. If you ever want to vent or have a question I'll be glad to try to help. I'm by no means the know it all in this department... but I'm always willing to help if I can! And sometimes you just want to vent to someone who can sympathize with you! Be prepared though... when you are dealing with moms.... they can get a little silly sometimes. Kill them with kindness!! lol :0) |

| Oh yes.... double everything!! And double the drama.... we are preparing for a big Title Competition at the end of the month and they will be competing against each other. They are each other's fiercest competition in their age group. When one wins it's bittersweet because we have both sets of emotions to deal with. But, even with that, neither of them would give up the opportunity. |
