Need an excellent tap studio please! She is taking it at her current studio but looking for a higher level or different style. She is 10 and takes 10+ hours/week of various dance styles half of those hours are ballet. Thanks!

YNDance Academy of North Jersey in Sparta/Lake Hopatcong For Dancers Only in Little Falls. ETA Grooves Unlimited in Livingston is a small but very tap focused studio.

To keep in mind for when she is older: NJ Tap Ensemble 2- ages 12-17 or 18. It's audition based and is excellent. I believe they meet in north Jersey The Tap City Youth Ensemble is for ages 13 and up in NYC. They have all sorts of excellent opportunities. Dd's friend was in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. They do TV appearances and more.

NJ Youth Tap Ensemble just had their audition yesterday but i believe their Sunday classes are sometimes open.

How close are you to Garden City? My daughter is now teaching at a studio there, and could offer private lessons if a regular class does not work. PM me and I can connect you.
