DD16 had outside choreographer for solo (contemporary).  She suggested lace romper for costume.  Anyone seen something like this or have any thoughts?  Much appreciated!

By romper, I assume you mean like a biketard? If so, I have seen lots done very well.

Do you mean romper as in one piece nice short set or leo/biketard?  How old or what size are you looking for?

If your DD is a junior/adult size, there are a ton of lace rompers out there.  If you're looking for a leo or biketard with lace, there are also a ton of those available.

Here is a lace romper that my DD owns.  It's lovely, but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for or if your DD wears adult sizing. This site has several lace rompers.

I suspect your choreographer means something like this, but in lace.  Looked very pretty in a contemporary solo on stage at The Dance Awards.

We have done several rompers or short dresses for both groups and solos.  It is kind of a trend over stoned costumes.  For her age, you may find something at a place like Forever 21 or Dry Goods...something like that.  They are easy to find, harder to fit for dances.  Good Luck!
