I'm not ready, but judging by the pancake on the pointe shoes sitting on my kitchen table ... it must be theater week!  Show opens on Wednesday!!!

Are we the earliest, or is anyone else underway?

That is so exciting!  [smile]  I guess you have to be ready, don't you LOL?!  DD12's show is on December 4th for Moscow Ballet, just one performance.

Ours isn't for 4 weeks.  According to DD they definitely need these weeks.  New ballet teachers this year, so all new choreography to learn.

DD starts in 2 weeks. She is currently scheduled to be in 14 out of 21 performances. She is excited. I admit that I am glad her parts ended up grouped like that so she will have a little bit of a break for once. Last performance is a matinee on Christmas Eve.

We're done!  Nutcracker was this past Sunday.  It was a delightful little performance.  Amazing how fast they got everything done.

Ours was this last weekend. New studio, new roles, great experience. I am feelingl so relaxed heading into Thanksgiving without Nut rehearsals!!! Of course girls are already starting to go a little stir crazy after two days due to lack of dance.

And another year of Nut is done.  Last show was December 26th.  DD is in the middle, looking up.  I think they look pretty happy to be throwing that snow for the last time...
