My DD is recovering from a extremely frustrating hamstring injury and has been taking physical therapy twice a week. when she stretches and gets warm her hamstring isn't painful and she has full mobility in dance and can do evrything without pain, however her hamstring gets tight very easily and looses the stretch very fast. How can she stay warm at competition without her hamstring getting tight and stiff. (She has quick changes between dances and won't have time to stretch in between)

My daughter is having the same issue! It's been ongoing for 6 months. She needs
To be very warmed up before she can stretch her hamstring completely but they often don't have enough time! I will be trying the heating pad things!!

BCdancemom your dd might want to visit a physical therapist with expertise in dance if she has not done that yet. Hamstring pulls can be hard recoveries for dancers.
