FUN!!!
\r\nHer duet is a "Krump" style hip hop with Jordan..,Very hard hitting and very athletic with alot of tricks and some tumbling. They are having a blast. They picked out the music together and they choreographed it together...AND THEY ARE GETTING ALONG BEAUTIFULLY!!!!! They don\'t fight at all about the dance. (now everything else is a battle..lol)
\r\nI am so happy that she is loving it. This is her 10th year at dance and it\'s a milestone at our studio and she gets to do a solo at recital for the first time and she is doing the one about her daddy...TEARS COMING!!!!

As you may or may not recall, I spent much time whining and grousing and generally living vicariously through all of you in Feb and Mar b/c we have a TWO MONTH gap between our 2nd comp and our 3rd.

\r\nSho nuff, it\'s the same deal this year. Bah! I was tearing my hair out by the end of that gap last year. I don\'t know why it bugs me to be off for so long. I think it\'s that I still really enjoy comp weekends (not too hard when she\'s only in 4 routines - the stress is fairly minimal, and it\'s so exciting to see her on stage), and although I can remain patient waiting for things to get going, once they DO, it\'s really hard to go back to being patient again. It\'s like I got a hit of a drug and I need more NOW, LOL.

\r\nSo prepare for more whining from me come Feb and especially March! I\'ll try to restrain myself, but I imagine I\'ll explode if I don\'t let it out somewhere.

\r\nVersion 1 has special needs (very rare genetic disorder) and all these milestones are huge. She amazed us all during her bat mitzvah a couple years ago. It feels strange not to have all 4 of us be there for her Confirmation class. Alternatively, how can we not be there for version 2\'s dance recital? Can I split myself into two?
